Our very own Niloufer Ichaporia King was interviewed by Sedge Thomson, the impresario of West Coast Live. The show was broadcasted live from the Ferry Building on Saturday, October 4. Niloufer told wonderful stories about her early love of food, described how chutneys are the “jewelry of the table,” and emphasized the importance of balancing flavors in all the dishes we prepare.
